This a full body circuit training workout designed to give you a great workout by hitting your muscular endurance as well as some hypertrophy as well. This is a relatively long workout that will be very taxing on the body so do not do this every day. I would actually only recommend you perform a workout of this intensity and length once in a while to change things up a little bit. If you are working out every day, then you should be doing a workout split where you workout different muscle groups on different days. However, if you don’t have the time to workout every day and have only a day or 2 to workout, or simply need to change things up to get through a plateau, then this workout can be awesome for you. Take at least 2 days off after completing this workout to give your muscles time to rest.

The Circuit Training Full Body Workout Video

This a full body circuit training workout that will push your body to the limit. This workout will really target muscular endurance and hypertrophy (in simplistic terms, hypertrophy will make your muscle bigger!).

Perform 8-12 reps per exercise using slow and controlled movements. Make sure to work to failure on every set.

In the workout video there was a typo. When it says perform these exercises “simulataneously,” it really means to perform these exercises one after the other (unfortunately I don’t believe it is possible to perform multiple exercises at the same time haha)

The exercises:
– Wide Grip Pull-up
– Flat Bench Press
– Straight Leg Deadlift
– Dumbbell Squats
– Bent Over Rows
– Triangle Push-Ups
– Triceps extensions
– Shoulder Press
– Reverse Flies
– Bicep Curls
– Medicine Ball Push-Ups
