Intense Leg Workout Video

This is a hypertrophy/endurance workout that will push you to the limit. Make sure that every exercise you perform is done until failure to allow you to get the most out of the workout, so make sure to choose the right weight on each exercise to allow you to do so. Make sure you use good form throughout the workout and if you find yourself unable to continue the exercise without sacrificing your form, stop the exercise. Take a rest and then adjust the weight accordingly for your next set. If possible, try and perform the workout with a partner or friend so that you guys can push each other, motivate each other, and spot each to prevent potential injury.

– Olympic squats: 3 sets of 10 reps with a minute rest between sets

– Kettle Bell Swings: 3 sets of 15 reps (finish above head) with 60 second rest between sets

– Kettle Bell Lunges: 3 sets of 10 reps each leg with 60 second rest between sets

– Weighted Bulgarian Lunges: 3 sets of 10 reps with 60 second rest between sets

– Calf Raises:  2 sets of 20 reps (10 reps fast followed by 10 reps slow) – 60 second rest between sets

– Single Leg Hamstring Ball Curls : 3 sets of 10 reps each leg with 30 seconds rest between sets
