This is a great bicep workout to do with a friend. This killer bicep workout video will really push you to the limit and will work out your biceps to the max. The idea of the workout video is to really burn the biceps and to maximize the workout by utilizing a partner to push beyond your normal limits. Our bodies have limitations that we cannot exceed on our own. However, with the use of a partner, we are able to push that extra 10% to further break down the muscle to stimulate greater muscle growth. By utilizing this intense bicep workout video in your fitness routine, you will be working muscle fibers that are not normally recruited in a typical workout. By recruiting those extra muscle fibers that would normally stay inactivated under normal circumstances, you will be able to increase your strength and add more size to your frame.

The bicep workout:

– Buddy Bicep Curls: perform 10 reps and then pass to your partner to do 10 reps, then get it back and do 9 reps, give it to your partner to do 9 reps, etc. all the way down to 1 reps. – Towel Resistance Bicep Curls: take a 25 pound barbell and have your partner add resistance via a towel. Your partner will add enough resistance to make you go up for 5 seconds, then you will hold for 3 seconds at the top, and then 5 seconds back down. There should be resistance throughout the entire exercise. At the top of the rep, your partner will resist down and you will hold against his resistance and then on the way back down, your partner will continue to pull the resistance downward and you will resist it and go down very slowly. You and your partner will complete 3 sets of 8 reps.

– Bicep Hammer Curls with twist at the top. 3 sets of 10 reps with one minute rest between sets
