This body weight workout is very intense and if at point during the workout you need to take a break, take it. If you are unable to perform a full pullup, use the assisted pullup machine. This will allow you to complete this workout and as you get stronger and stronger, you will need less and less assistance to get a good workout. Make sure, however, that when you use the assisted pullup machine, to choose a weight that still challenges yourself and really makes you work. Also, if you are unable to do a full pushup, then perform pushups with your knees on the ground. It is much better for you to perform pushups with your knees on the ground while using good form then it is to perform normal pushups with bad form. Do not risk injury and as you improve and get stronger, you will be able to do pullups and pushups.

– 45 second rest

– 8 Push-ups/8 Pull-ups ( with heavier dumbbell between feet)

– 45 second rest

– 6 Push-ups/6 Pull-ups (with heavier dumbbell between feet)

– 45 second rest

– 4 Push-ups/4 Pull-ups (with heavier dumbbell between feet)

Rest 60-90 seconds!

– 4 Push-ups/4 Pull-ups (with heaviest dumbbell between feet)

– 45 second rest

– 6 Push-ups/6 Pull-ups (with lighter dumbbell between feet)

– 45 second rest

– 8 Push-ups/8 Pull-ups (with lighter dumbbell between feet)

– 45 second rest

– 10 Push-ups/10 Pull-ups (with lighter dumbbell between feet)

– 45 second rest

– 12 Pushups/12 Pullups (no dumbbell between feet)
